Is MEP the only program on your computer affected by this? Do you have a computer 'expert' you could talk to face to face who might be able to advise you? I did read one post that suggested a reinstall of Windows might help to solve the problem! Is your Windows 10 an upgrade (from Win 7 or 8) or is it a clean install? If it is an upgrade, I wonder whether some part of that upgrade did not work as it should. I recommend you read through at least some of the articles listed there are a number of suggested 'solutions' but I have no way of knowing which are suitable for your computer. It appears to be potentially quite serious since the concensus seems to be that this a core Windows file error.
